




Job Summary: The Monitoring Operator is responsible for continuously monitoring security systems, ensuring the protection of assets and people, and proactively identifying incidents. The Monitoring Operator is responsible for continuously monitoring security systems—including cameras, alarms, and access control—ensuring the protection of assets and people. The role involves preventive and proactive identification of suspicious situations, incidents, or attempted thefts, and immediate activation of tactical teams when necessary. The operator is also responsible for recording and tracking incidents, as well as maintaining constant communication with managers. For optimal performance, attention to detail, high concentration levels, and rapid decision-making are essential. Work Model: On-site Location: Centro – Cascavel/PR Work Schedule: 12x36 shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. * Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and access control * Activate security teams and/or competent authorities in case of incidents * Record incidents and report them to responsible supervisors * Maintain contact with security personnel to report situations * Act proactively to prevent incidents * Handle telephone inquiries and provide customer support * Comply with company-established security procedures * Stay updated on monitoring and security technologies * Respond to alarm activations and monitor tactical response * Perform continuous monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems
