### **Main Responsibilities** * Support marketing operational routines and campaign execution; * Create and update control spreadsheets; * Organize and track internal departmental requests; * Assist in configuring and analyzing sales strategy performance; * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of attractive digital menus; * Participate in marketing strategies and meetings, suggesting improvements; * Organize promotional channels (radio, influencers, events, and offline media); * Monitor social media and request materials (graphics, copy, coupons, and campaigns); * Assist in dispatching materials for events; * Provide support to partner stores via WhatsApp; * Guide store owners on menu improvement; * Support monitoring of delivery personnel operations. ### **Requirements** * Interest in marketing and customer focus is desirable; * Customer service and relationship management skills are desirable; * Intermediate Excel proficiency is desirable; * Basic photo and video editing knowledge is desirable; * Knowledge of Digital Marketing, e-commerce, or delivery is desirable; Experience with restaurants or CRM is desirable. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity; * Organization; * Critical analysis; * Resilience; * Teamwork; * Strong communication skills. ### **Work Schedule** * Monday through Friday, during business hours.
