




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Support Technician – Service Desk to provide first-level support, technical assistance, and proactive incident prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Provide first-level support to users (remote and/or in-person); * Register, classify, prioritize, and track tickets via the Service Desk system; * Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and corporate systems; * Perform basic troubleshooting on workstations and peripherals; * Escalate tickets to higher levels when necessary; * Ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality; * Assist in documenting procedures and updating the knowledge base; * Proactively identify and prevent recurring incidents. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months’ experience in technical support or Service Desk; * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office suite, and networking; * Familiarity with computer maintenance and user support; * Proactivity and punctuality; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; Preferred Qualifications: * Ongoing technical or undergraduate degree program in IT; * Experience with ITSM tools; * Basic understanding of ITIL; * Experience handling a high volume of tickets.
