KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND CONFIGURATION * Interpret approved GEDIC projects, understanding technical and operational requirements. * Configure the system according to project scope, including: * Document tree registration * User creation and management * Design and configuration of new and existing workflows * Data list parameterization * Calendar configuration * Working hours definition * User group creation * Configuration of editable GED and/or PDF forms CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP * Conduct customer interviews—online or in person—to describe current processes versus digital workflows. * Attend online or in-person meetings with customers for technical and operational alignment. * Deliver online or in-person training to customers on system usage and implemented workflows, as directed by supervision. MONITORING AND SUPPORT * Follow implementation execution schedules, meeting deadlines and predefined milestones. * Monitor active processes and report to supervision: * System usage metrics * Technical inconsistencies * Delays * Operational bottlenecks * Dysfunctional users * Provide basic technical support during the implementation period. * Coordinate with Arquivar BH as directed by supervision. COMMERCIAL SUPPORT * Support the commercial team during technical visits when required, to gather information and understand customer needs.
