




Job Summary: An operational HR professional to work on recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, people management support, and administrative routines, including monitoring of KPIs and legal compliance. Handling more complex positions (Coordinator, Supervisor, Manager). **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Conduct the Recruitment and Selection process Onboard new employees; Manage admission documentation; Assist employees by clarifying doubts regarding procedures, policies, and benefits; Support the HR team in various projects and administrative routines; Support the development and implementation of training and development programs; Support internal communication and engagement initiatives; Participate in performance evaluations and feedback programs; Monitor and track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.); Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations; Support leaders and employees on people management topics; Support personnel administration processes such as vacations, timekeeping, and benefits (when required); Support the management of departmental invoices and forward them to the HR Supervisor; Perform queries and controls related to managers’ requests at your branch (terminations, vacations, probationary contracts); Manage and monitor employee transfers and promotions; Help prepare HR reports and metrics. Hire apprentices and persons with disabilities (PCD) to meet statutory quota requirements. Monitor endomarketing initiatives.
