Will work the third shift, responding to requests from other departments within the company, documenting instructions and operational procedures (IT and POPs), mapping issues, and ensuring system and technology service stability, security, and efficiency. Preparation of technical documentation. Conducting requirements analysis, issue mapping, proposing and developing improvements. Providing technical support and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. Applying information security practices, access control, and LGPD compliance. Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support\.
