




Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to internal departments and customers of Domínio Sistemas’ IT products. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields, or currently enrolled in such a program; * Knowledge of networks, internet, servers, operating systems, and information security is desirable; * Familiarity with IT equipment, including configuration and installation, is desirable; * Experience providing customer service via chat or telephone is desirable.
