Responsibilities: Install, configure, update, and uninstall software and applications according to user needs and company policies; Perform formatting and configuration of laptops and desktops; Ensure proper operation of internet services, email providers, and platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; Create, modify, and manage user access and permissions within corporate systems and tools; Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on printers, hardware, and peripherals; Install and maintain IT equipment—including computers, monitors, routers, switches, and other devices; Provide remote and on-site technical support to users, ensuring courteous, prompt, and efficient service; Update and maintain the company’s hardware and software inventory; Diagnose and resolve network-related issues (wired and Wi-Fi), managed switches, and email services. Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems; Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment; Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including configuration of switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points; Experience with remote support tools; Basic information security knowledge is desirable.
