Ensure fulfillment of user requirements (SLA) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The IT Support Analyst will support business planning, communication, and management by delivering excellent IT solutions enabling Crefaz and its employees to fulfill their missions, managing all IT processes, resources, and activities. Ensure fulfillment of user requirements (SLA / Service Level) regarding the availability of IT resources through request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of computer maintenance; * Knowledge of SQL databases; * Knowledge of computer network administration; * ITIL certification preferred; * Project management; * COBIT. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Meal allowance
