**Responsibilities:** Analyze and resolve hardware, software, data network, and telephony issues when instability or unavailability occurs; coordinate with vendors regarding service tickets; maintain up-to-date inventories of active and backup equipment; perform requested tests to ensure system access communication; and carry out other duties pertinent to the position. **Requirements:** Familiarity with operating systems (Microsoft), Microsoft Office suite, and general networking is desirable, as well as basic English proficiency.
