The person will be responsible for supporting client relationship activities, assisting in doubt resolution, recording requests, and following up on internal demands. **Responsibilities:** * Supporting customer service via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media; * Registering and tracking tickets in internal system; * Forwarding requests to respective departments; * Assisting in preparing customer service reports and feedback; * Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in high school; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity, empathy, and organizational skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Completion of a professional training course; * Familiarity with social media; * Preferred: prior experience in customer service.
