




Responsible for assigning and monitoring technicians' activities, providing remote support for the installation and maintenance of network equipment, including configuration and activation of ONUs and routers. Provides guidance and on-site supervision of field technicians, verifies installation photos and documentation, manages and enforces appointment schedules, generates departmental activity reports, and communicates with customers to clarify doubts and resolve issues. Work model: On-site Location: Cascavel/PR Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Assign and monitor technicians' activities. * Provide remote support for installation and maintenance of network equipment. * Configure and activate equipment such as ONUs and routers. * Guide and supervise field technicians. * Verify installation and maintenance photos and documentation. * Manage and enforce appointment schedule compliance. * Generate departmental activity reports. * Communicate with customers to clarify doubts and resolve issues.
