If you seek challenges and an inclusive, diverse, and innovative environment, join us in democratizing public services across Brazil. \#Prapessoas **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for providing technical support to internal users, as well as managing maintenance of equipment, applications, and voice and data communication networks. * Knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance, and network configuration. * Experience in installation and configuration of operating systems (Linux and Windows). * Experience in telecommunications and computer networking systems, including PBX, modems, routers, switches, and structured cabling. * Interpersonal relationship skills. * Manage software license documentation. * Replace information technology and telephony equipment in case of defects. * Update software and application versions used at the Unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Solid computer literacy and typing skills (text editors, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet). * One (1) year of experience in ICT support and maintenance. **Additional Information** **Benefits** -------------- Meal Allowance or Food Allowance.
