





We are hiring an HR Intern to work at an industrial facility in the Cidade Industrial area. Participation in **hiring, termination, and payroll support processes**, contributing to documentation organization and internal follow-ups. Collaboration in **benefits administration**, maintaining contact with providers and assisting employees with inquiries. Support for **recruitment and selection activities**, such as resume screening and interview scheduling. Additionally, support for **internal communication and endomarketing initiatives**, reinforcing efforts aimed at organizational climate and team engagement. ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HUMAN RESOURCES / BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION / PSYCHOLOGY OR RELATED FIELDS * Prior experience with administrative HR and personnel department tasks is preferred; * Basic knowledge of **Excel** and HR management systems; * Must reside in the CIC/Fazendinha area. * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; * Commitment, ethics, and teamwork—values at the core of Nevon * Processes ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Salary and benefits:** BRL 1,200 + breakfast and lunch on-site, transportation allowance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Work location: CIDADE INDUSTRIAL * Career development plan and professional growth opportunities within the company.
