Prepare materials and workspace: Organize tools, sort supplies, prepare mortar and paint, and protect floors, furniture, and window/door frames. Ensure cleanliness and organization: Keep the construction site clean and organized at the end of each phase, properly disposing of waste. Follow safety regulations: Use mandatory PPE, comply with safety procedures, and report hazardous conditions to the supervisor. Support the team: Assist skilled workers, masons, and painters with daily tasks, transport materials, and perform simple tasks under supervision.
