Position:** E\-commerce Analyst We are looking for an organized, analytical professional with operational vision to manage e\-commerce routines, ensuring smooth operation of online sales processes, product listing, and customer experience. Main Responsibilities 1\. Order Processing and Workflow (Logistics and Tax) Monitor order entries across various sales channels integrated with the HUB. Perform invoicing in the ERP system, issuing Electronic Invoices (NF\-e) and tax payment slips (GNRE/DIFAL), in compliance with the company’s tax regulations. Print shipping labels and packing lists for handover to the shipping team. Identify stock shortages at the headquarters warehouse and verify availability at branch locations. Request internal product transfers within the cutoff time to ensure timely order dispatch. 2\. Product Listing and Management (Digital Catalog) Conduct technical measurements of products, verifying dimensions and weight for accurate freight calculation. Populate listing spreadsheets with technical data and create SEO-optimized descriptions. Source images from suppliers and perform basic editing (background removal, brightness adjustment, application of badges) using tools such as Canva or AI-based resources. Ensure correct product categorization in the HUB and complete completion of technical specification sheets to minimize customer inquiries. 3\. Commercial Maintenance Update selling prices in the ERP and HUB according to the PMA (Minimum Advertised Price) table and management directives. Support maintenance of e\-commerce commercial strategies. 4\. Customer Experience (Customer Success and Support) Provide pre\-sales support, clarifying technical questions regarding products, features, and compatibility. Manage support tickets and track customer requests. Mediate complaints on marketplaces. Handle warranty and reverse logistics processes when required.
