





E-commerce Operator - 1023 Main Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain the company's website, including updating and registering products, images, and descriptions; * Carry out the picking of sold goods and issue invoices, ensuring the correct completion of the sales process; * Manage the WhatsApp application; * Develop and implement new projects and strategic partnerships aimed at boosting sales across physical and digital channels; * Create marketing and communication plans covering both in-person retail and e-commerce, and coordinate their execution together with other company departments; * Support management and various organizational departments by providing relevant information and proposing solutions to optimize marketing and sales processes; * Prepare and present detailed monthly reports analyzing the results of implemented actions and suggesting continuous improvements. Requirements: * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is desirable; * Completion or ongoing pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields is desirable; * Experience in the field is desirable.
