Job Summary: This role supports the implementation of the procurement strategy, managing purchase requests, quotations, and negotiations to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in implementing procurement strategy and supplier management 2. Conducting quotations and negotiations for optimal terms 3. Optimizing procurement processes and supplier development **JUNIOR BUYER** Unit: Araucária/PR Main Responsibilities:  Support the implementation of the procurement strategy according to category-specific action plans, aiming to secure the best technical and commercial market conditions.  Manage purchase request demands using daily reports to ensure timely fulfillment for internal departments per current procedures. . Perform quotations based on system-generated purchase requests to identify the best purchasing opportunities. . Conduct negotiations as required by departments, utilizing the Procurement Portal and contacting suppliers via phone/e\-mail to achieve optimal results for the company.  Issue Purchase Orders using the ERP and Procurement Portal, following current procedures, to ensure optimal balance among cost, quality, delivery, and process compliance.  Support cross-functional projects with client areas to optimize procurement processes, operational synergy, and development of new suppliers.  Manage suppliers according to departmental KPIs, ensuring adherence to service-level requirements for timeliness and quality. Requirements: \- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering. \- Basic computer skills. \- Familiarity with SAP and/or TOTVS systems is desirable. \- Basic knowledge of taxation is desirable.
