We seek an agile, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional to keep our environment perpetually perfect and provide operational support. **Your Responsibilities** * **Saloon Care:** Perform saloon cleaning before opening and during the first hours of operation (floors, windows, circulation areas), ensuring the environment remains consistently clean, safe, and inviting. * **Restroom Maintenance:** Sanitize restrooms frequently during your shift, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and consistent restocking of paper towels, soap, and hand towels. * **Waste Management:** Collect and dispose of waste in an organized and hygienic manner. * **Operational Support:** Assist the team (saloon or kitchen) with ad-hoc tasks during operations, demonstrating partnership, dynamism, and team spirit during peak hours. **Requirements** * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance (experience in bars, restaurants, or snack bars is considered a strong advantage). * High hygiene standards and exceptional attention to detail. * Proactive profile: ability to independently identify areas requiring cleaning or organization without constant supervision. * Strong communication skills and ease working in a team. * Flexible availability (especially for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts). **What We Offer** * Competitive fixed salary commensurate with the role. * Respectful, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
