Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities **Job Objective** Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring proper information flow, document control, and support to commercial, technical, and financial departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Issuing quotations in the system; * Issuing sales orders and invoicing; * Generating administrative and managerial reports; * Preparing spreadsheets and presentations; * Generating Service Orders related to technical assistance; * Managing technicians’ travel arrangements and schedules; * Providing internal and external customer service via telephone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * Supporting general administrative routines of the department. **Requirements and Competencies** **Desirable Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school. * Knowledge of the **Protheus (TOTVS)** system will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Proactivity and accountability in meeting deadlines.
