Support for improvement projects and emerging technologies **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in IT asset management (equipment, licenses, inventory). \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and laptops. \- Manage user access (e\-mail, internal systems, permissions). \- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues. \- Support improvement projects and implementation of new technologies. \- Experience with remote access tools. **Required Qualifications:** \- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. \- Prior experience in the technology field. \- Profile: Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, curious. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Knowledge of SQL. \- Experience supporting ERP/systems. **Benefits:** \- Fixed salary \+ lunch and breakfast provided at the office \+ transportation allowance \+ group life insurance \+ full uniform \+ Birthday Day Off.
