Master and manage Digital Agriculture applications **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the team of Consultants and Connected Support Analysts. Organize and maintain customer Operations Centers—both with and without Monitoring Packages. Extract machine data to generate performance reports and identify opportunities for selling digital services by the Strategic Team. Analyze agronomic reports for organizations/equipment and provide improvement suggestions to optimize their usage in the next harvest season. Manage customer service calls, addressing requests as they arise or as escalated by Analysts and Consultants. Provide remote assistance for agricultural equipment using ready-to-deploy solutions and recommendations from John Deere.
