Activities include: Receiving and logging support requests via phone, chat, and WhatsApp. Providing remote support to users to ensure operational continuity. Maintaining detailed records of support activities and applied solutions in CRM. Monitoring new user postings and disputes, and providing all necessary support. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and strong teamwork capabilities.
