We are looking for a **Quality, Processes, and Governance Assistant** to support our team in structuring, maintaining, and continuously improving internal processes and policies—ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and quality in deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the **area coordination team** in organizing and updating internal documents, procedures, and policies. * Assist in conducting **internal audits**, completing checklists, collecting evidence, and recording non-conformities. * Keep our **process and document repository** up to date. * Update **templates, models, playbooks**, and supporting materials for internal departments. * Support process mapping and improvement by helping document workflows and information provided by departments. * Assist in updating **policies, standards, and guidelines**, managing versions, effective dates, and history. * Monitor and populate **departmental metrics** (quality, processes, governance) using spreadsheets or dashboards. * Support the **organization of meetings, agendas, and decision records** for departmental committees/rituals. * Organization and **attention to detail**. * **Proactivity** in seeking information and resolving pending items. * Strong **written and verbal communication** skills. * **Discipline** to follow processes and standards. * Curiosity and willingness to **learn and grow** alongside the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education **or** currently pursuing a degree in **Administration, Information Systems, Quality Management, Process Management, IT, or related fields**. * Strong **organizational skills** and attention to detail. * Proficiency in **documentation** (creating, reviewing, and standardizing texts). * Intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Familiarity with—or ability to quickly learn—tools such as **Teams, SharePoint, GLPI, or similar**. * Interest in learning about **IT quality, processes, and governance**. Bonus points if you have: * Basic knowledge of **BPMN**, or prior exposure to process mapping. * Prior experience—even brief—with **quality, processes, PMO, or governance**. * Basic understanding of **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Familiarity with **Power BI** or other dashboard tools.
