Responsibilities and Duties * Provide basic-level technical support to users, offering guidance and clarifications regarding the use of available IT services and resources. * Conduct on-site or remote support to resolve low-complexity incidents and requests, ensuring continuity of user activities. * Enable resolution of low-complexity issues to maintain operational continuity of IT services and resources. * Escalate unresolved issues to respective teams or higher support levels, ensuring proper handling of support cases. * Prepare IT resources provided to users and contribute to appropriate maintenance of the infrastructure. * Prepare and monitor IT infrastructure for small- and medium-scale events and meetings to ensure proper functionality of resources. * Coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents when equipment or services are under warranty or active maintenance contracts. * Contribute to standardization and documentation of procedures, supporting the creation of low-complexity operation manuals and work instructions for Infrastructure. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed high school or currently pursuing a technical course in Information Technology or related fields. Knowledge: * Notebook Hardware: Basic understanding of notebook components. * Windows, Linux, and Mac Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. * Image Deployment System: Basic knowledge of image deployment tools. * Software Installation: Ability to install basic applications. * Networking: Basic understanding of networking concepts. * End-User Security Tools: Basic knowledge of end-user security tools. * Ticketing System: Proficiency in using ticketing systems. * Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of basic collaboration tools. * Metrics: Basic understanding of support metrics. * Inventory Management: Basic understanding of asset management. Desirable Requirements * Windows, Linux, Networking, and ITIL – desirable. * Languages: English or Spanish – technical reading proficiency.
