Responsibilities: Performing journal entries, classifications, trial balance analysis, general ledger review, and maintenance of the chart of accounts (debit/credit); Verifying fiscal documents, checking CFOPs, CSTs, nature of transactions, and applicable taxes; Downloading XML files for NF-e importation and organizing/archiving accounting and fiscal documents; Entering fiscal documents into the Sage/IOB system; * Performing bank reconciliations and supporting accounts payable and receivable routines; Conducting detailed data verification to support tax calculation; Registering and maintaining assets in the fixed asset control system.
