Collaborate in teams to achieve goals and improve results Medprev is a company that facilitates access to healthcare by connecting individuals with a network of partner physicians, clinics, and laboratories for scheduling appointments and tests at reduced rates—no monthly fees. **As a Commercial Assistant, you will:** * Serve customers/leads promptly, ensuring each interaction is positive and reinforces trust and loyalty to the MedPrev brand. * Analyze customer/lead requests to understand their needs and actively and responsively identify optimal options regarding price, date, location, and availability. * Prepare quotations in the internal sales CRM and send options to the customer/lead via WhatsApp platform, as requested or per medical prescription. * Contact partners (clinics and offices) via WhatsApp or phone to verify appointment availability. It is essential to obtain at least two date-and-time options to forward to the customer; if the customer has already proposed specific options, verify their availability accordingly. * Monitor the customer for any questions regarding the quotation sent and actively provide support to finalize the sale, addressing objections encountered during the online sales process. * Record sales in the internal CRM and send the payment link to the customer. * Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance indicators within deadlines. * Collaborate in teams, working with colleagues across departments to achieve shared objectives and continuously improve individual and departmental results. * Proactively identify issues and implement innovative solutions to enhance processes and customer experience. **Compensation:** R$ 1,736.00 + Bonus. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Sales experience—online sales preferred (a differentiator) * Customer service via digital platforms (a differentiator) * Experience using sales CRM systems (a differentiator) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Availability to work in downtown Curitiba, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Caju Card: R$ 65.00 per workday * Birthday voucher: R$ 100.00 (issued in the month of your birthday) * Health insurance—no monthly fee, but 30% co-payment applies * Dental insurance—no monthly fee and no co-payment * Totalpass * In-company English and/or Spanish courses Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$ 1,736.00 – R$ 2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
