**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break \- Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Assist the team of consultants, warranty specialists, and parts sales representatives.
* Contact post-sales leads.
* Approach customers and provide prompt service.
* Upon receiving customers, verify whether they are walk-ins or scheduled, anticipating the content of the service pre-order (for scheduled customers).
* Keep customers informed about service progress, costs, payment methods, and address any potential questions.
* Perform a vehicle appearance checklist as well as a personal belongings check upon customer reception, preventing misunderstandings and ensuring appropriate customer attention.
* Conduct bodywork inspection and prospecting inspection, significantly supporting additional sales during scheduled maintenance.
* Use diagnostic menus during customer service when the vehicle arrives for service.
* Offer value-added services.
* Ensure perfect daily scheduling organization for customer service and repairs.
* Inspect ready vehicles prior to customer arrival.
* Negotiate with customers whenever necessary, ensuring full transparency in service delivery.
* Verify, cross-check, and update customer records; handle credit-related matters accordingly.
* Continue serving customers even after they leave the dealership, keeping them updated on pending services and any required adjustments.
* Interpret service complaints/issues, always asking investigative questions.
* Formalize service orders and estimates.
* Record complaints clearly, thoroughly, and in an easily understandable manner on the service order (S.O.).
* Consult the workshop supervisor to schedule services for walk-in customers.
* Monitor service execution.
* Inform customers about service execution and possible costs.
* Assist technicians and the workshop supervisor regarding questions about requested services.
* Monitor test drive returns.
* Monitor vehicle cleaning.
* Contact customers to inform them of completed services and schedule delivery time.
* At delivery, explain performed services and associated costs.
* Organize estimates, close S.O.s, and issue invoices.
* Accompany customers to the cashier.
* Track assigned goals and targets.
* Collect signatures on bodywork inspections, service orders, and estimates.
* Coordinate services with technicians/production staff and the workshop supervisor.
* Document unauthorized services on the S.O.
* Provide coverage during colleagues’ vacations.
**Requirements:**
