




**Position: Administrative Assistant – Condominium Fee Collection** **CDG Group – Curitiba/PR (Downtown)** **Responsibilities:** * Attending to condominium residents via WhatsApp, telephone, and email; * Collecting condominium fees and negotiating outstanding debts; * Issuing payment slips, tracking payments, and monitoring delinquency; * Updating spreadsheets and internal systems; * Organizing documents and providing support to the finance department; * Generating reports and relaying information to building managers. **Requirements:** * Administrative experience (experience in collections is a plus); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and efficiency; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * On-site work in downtown Curitiba. * **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary: BRL 2,043.00** * **Corporate benefits** as per internal policy * **Bonuses** based on goals and performance **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Start Date:** Immediate Employment Type: Full-time CLT Pay: BRL 1,561.92 – BRL 2,738.19 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
