The **Accounting Analyst** position reports to the Administrative & Financial Directorate and is embedded within the **Controller’s Office**. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting implementation and configuration of the new system (especially accounting rules, integrations, and reconciliations); * Serving as the liaison with outsourced accounting services; * Supporting audits and preparing documentation/technical support; * Reviewing accounting classifications and ensuring fiscal/tax compliance (case-based assessment will be conducted); * Responding to and guiding the team on day-to-day accounting questions. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Have experience with ERP systems and best practices in system implementation; * Possess advanced Excel skills; * Have basic Power BI knowledge; — It is important that you demonstrate: * Interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity; * Analytical ability; * Time management skills. — Bonus points if you: * Have experience in multiple system implementations; * Have experience in the real estate market. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a hyper:** We care deeply about the well-being of our employees—affectionately called *hypers*!
