Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor responsible for standardizing and reviewing production processes, managing non-conformities, conducting audits, and leading quality, cleaning, and custodial teams. Our goal is to be recognized for excellence in quality by offering the best frozen food products in southern Brazil. **Job Description** We seek a Quality Supervisor who will be responsible for: **Responsibilities:** * Standardize and review production processes to minimize errors and ensure activities comply with established standards. * Manage non-conformities by conducting root cause analyses and proposing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. * Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and applicable requirements. * Monitor and analyze area performance indicators (KPIs), such as scrap rate, customer returns, and productivity, preparing reports to support decision-making. * Deliver training and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of quality and reinforce that excellence is a shared responsibility across all employees. * Lead quality, cleaning, and custodial teams, promoting organization, adherence to procedures, and maintenance of hygiene and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Management, Auditing, or related areas is desirable. * Experience in the food industry is a plus; * Proven experience in Quality Management (preferably in an industrial setting). * Experience conducting internal and external audits (ISO, ANVISA, MAPA, or other applicable standards). * Experience managing teams and/or managing third-party contracts. * Experience in facilities management, cleaning, or basic building maintenance is desirable.
