Job Summary: This HR Assistant supports recruitment and selection activities, training and development initiatives, and provides general administrative support to ensure smooth workplace operations. HR Administrative Responsibilities HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT **Key Responsibilities** **Recruitment & Selection (R&S):** * Assist in posting job openings across various channels * Screen resumes and contact candidates * Schedule and conduct initial interviews * Organize selection process stages and support managers * Monitor probationary period performance evaluations * Update R&S tracking records and metrics **Training & Development (T&D):** * Support the organization of internal training sessions * Manage schedules, attendance lists, and training materials * Assist in administering training evaluations * Support initiatives for new employee development and onboarding **HR Administrative Support:** * Support the organization of the company’s administrative routine, ensuring smooth workplace operations * Request and coordinate meals/snacks for employees in specific situations (e.g., overtime, internal events) * Track and manage uniform distribution, replenishment, and maintenance * Monitor service providers (e.g., landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance), ensuring proper execution of tasks * Support overall workplace organization (infrastructure, well-being, and team support) Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:18 PM Starting Salary: BRL 2.500,00 to BRL 2.800,00 Benefits: BRL 200,00 cost-of-living allowance + BRL 400,00 meal voucher + transportation voucher if required.
