Experience in technical organization and standardization Links RH is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to work onsite at a technology company located in the Bacacheri neighborhood, Curitiba\- PR. Hybrid systems environment, emphasizing platform evolution, technical organization, and development of AI-integrated features — both in the development process and in the final product. * Solid experience with PHP and its frameworks. * No specific framework is required, but practical hands-on experience within the PHP ecosystem is essential. * Experience working on hybrid systems, including: APIs; Architectures using AWS Lambda; Integrations with services written in TypeScript and/or Python * Experience in technical organization and standardization * Project structure * Best coding practices: readability, maintainability, and version control * Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative team workflows * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Applied AI culture, including: Using AI to support development (code generation, CLI tools, automation); Implementing AI-powered features in the product, such as: Smart forms; AI-driven user interaction flows; Consumption of AI/LLM APIs; Integration of AI into business rules and user experience; Basic understanding of security, cost, and performance considerations when consuming such APIs Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Up to R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
