**Job Description:**

Ensure efficient, economical, and quality-compliant supply for the hotel chain, supporting organized, responsible, and operationally aligned procurement activities to sustain service continuity and optimize costs. Responsibilities: Conduct and support fresh produce purchases for restaurants, kitchens, and food & beverage areas across hotels in the chain; Support purchases of amenities (shampoo, soap, kits, guestroom stationery, etc.); Support acquisition of equipment and maintenance materials (electrical, plumbing, tools, spare parts, and PPE); Purchase operational hotel supplies such as linens, cleaning products, disposables, kitchenware, and pantry utensils; Receive, analyze, and organize purchase requests submitted by departments across properties; Obtain quotations from suppliers, comparing prices, quality, delivery timelines, and commercial terms; Support supplier negotiations per guidance from the buyer or department manager; Issue purchase orders and monitor the process through final delivery; Follow\-up with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quantities; Inspect received goods and invoices to verify conformity with issued purchase orders; Support minimum stock control and replenishment, where applicable; Maintain up-to-date supplier, product, and pricing registrations; Organize procurement documents, spreadsheets, and reports; Ensure compliance with the hotel chain’s internal procurement policies and procedures; Support emergency requests from hotel properties, as required by operational needs.
**Essential Requirements:**

Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Administration, Logistics, Hospitality, or related fields;
Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles (hotel industry experience preferred).
