




Job Summary: Reception duties including customer service and scheduling, system data entry, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. In-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service. 2. Receptionist Responsibilities: Serve clients in person, via WhatsApp, or by phone; \- Schedule appointments; organize professionals' schedules. Enter procedures performed for clients into the system; provide necessary operational support for reception tasks. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); basic customer service skills; organizational culture awareness; responsibility for performing administrative tasks at clinic receptions; company-wide policies and general guidelines. Requirements: Experience in sales, customer service, and intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Completion of medical education is required, along with strong communication skills and professional appearance. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Proven experience in reception and customer service. Residence within proximity—maximum 1 hour commuting distance. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge. Education: Preferred: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or technical program in Administration or related fields, from the 2nd semester onward. Work Location: Shopping Barigui Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Sunday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (44 hours per week) Bonus based on company revenue, sales bonus, transportation allowance Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Commission on voucher, package, and product sales Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
