




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, coordinating audits, monitoring nonconformities, and promoting continuous improvement. Promotion of Continuous Process Improvement Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, ensuring adherence to company-established policies, procedures, and standards. • Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring area preparedness, handling of findings, and timely implementation of corrective actions. Monitor, record, and track nonconformity management, promoting root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and verification of their effectiveness. Promote continuous process improvement through performance indicators, procedure reviews, and quality-related training. Act as a facilitator across departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, providing guidance and support in process standardization and documentation. Develop and maintain up-to-date QMS manuals, policies, and procedures, ensuring traceability and documentary compliance. Coordinate sustainability and ESG initiatives, integrating environmental, social, and governance practices into quality management. Support the preparation of performance and compliance reports, presenting results, improvement opportunities, and action plans to senior management. • Participate in committees and strategic meetings, contributing to aligning the QMS with organizational objectives and socio-environmental responsibility practices.
