Since entering Brazil in 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil has grown rapidly, delivering comprehensive, technology-driven logistics solutions focused on efficiency, scale, and innovation. **Position** **Operations Coordinator \- São José dos Pinhais/PR** **Professional Responsibilities** * Manage daily operations of Distribution Stations (DS), ensuring stability and efficiency of Last Mile operations. * Monitor and ensure compliance with operational standards, procedures (SOPs), and service level agreements. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as SLA, first-business-day delivery rate (1BD), backlog, losses (Lost), complaint rate, and operational costs. * Develop and track action plans for continuous improvement of results. * Train and develop operations managers, promoting training programs, process standardization, and sharing of best practices. * Prevent and resolve operational deviations by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. * Manage logistics suppliers and partners, monitoring service quality, supporting network expansion, and developing performance improvement plans. * Collaborate with various departments across the company to ensure implementation of operational strategies and projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics operations, preferably in e\-commerce. * Knowledge of Last Mile operations. * Familiarity with logistics performance indicators (KPIs) **Work Arrangement** * Location: São José dos Pinhais/PR * Work Model: On-site. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Medical and dental insurance; * Meal allowance and food allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * TotalPass; * Partnerships with SESC and SEST SENAT; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance.
