Focus on efficiency, quality, and safety in industrial maintenance. Leadec Brasil is looking for a **Maintenance Leader** to join our Operations team. We seek a professional with solid experience in electrical maintenance, automation, and industrial processes, emphasizing efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves coordinating activities, providing technical support to the team, and ensuring reliability of customer systems and equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and correct programming faults. * Execute improvement projects for existing automation systems. * Install industrial control and automation systems. * Program and operate automated systems. * Develop logical diagrams and system architectures. * Conduct tests, measurements, and evaluations on automated equipment. * Prepare technical reports and monitor KPIs. * Direct and guide the team during activity execution. * Report incidents to the responsible Management. * Safeguard customer assets and security. * Comply with internal procedures and occupational safety regulations. * Report irregularities in ETE facility installations to the Leader/Supervisor. * Participate in Safety Meetings (DDS) as per departmental guidelines. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality specifications. * Follow company operational procedures. * Perform other duties related to this position. **Basic Requirements:** * Preferred Education: Vocational training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Proficiency in Windows suite (Excel and Word). **Individual Competencies** * Initiative * Responsibility * Cooperation and Team Spirit * Customer Focus * Commitment to Quality Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Attendance Bonus * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance * Dental Care * Health Insurance * On-site Meal
