**Job Description** Senior Lawyer to work in the legal department, with focus on advisory and general litigation. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Draft legal opinions and provide internal consulting, focusing on civil, labor, and tax areas; * Analyze judicial cases and define defense strategies, aiming at the company's interests; * Manage litigation management software; * Manage external law firms; * Monitor all procedural developments, deciding on appeals, approval levels, payment executions, and other procedural actions; * Assess risks and contingencies related to judicial liabilities; * Prepare contingency reports and monthly provisions; * Prepare reports and analyze monthly departmental indicators. **Additional information:** * Hybrid work schedule. * Postgraduate degree in relevant fields; * Knowledge of LGPD and Compliance is desirable; * Experience with contingency and judicial provision reports; * Intermediate Excel skills.
