Ensure financial profitability of projects **Junior Project Analyst** =============================== TOTVS | Cascavel - PR | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for leading client implementation/evolution projects, aiming to ensure implementation quality and success, mobilizing necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the client. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead small-scale and non-customized projects; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on the MIT (Methodology Integration Template); * Support planning and execution of communications; * Serve as the focal point for clients and internal departments, relaying data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify risks associated with assigned projects and register them in the system; * Record lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using performance indicators; * Ensure timely billing of service projects according to the commercial proposal signed by the client; * Guarantee financial profitability of service projects under one's responsibility; * Ensure accurate and consistent time tracking for all allocated resources working on projects under one's responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite – Excel; theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with TOTVS products.
