Serve as the focal point for clients and internal departments **Junior Project Analyst** =============================== TOTVS | Cascavel - PR | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for leading implementation/evolution projects with clients, aiming to ensure implementation quality and success, while gathering necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the client. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead small-scale projects without customizations; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on MIT guidelines; * Support planning and execution of communications; * Serve as the focal point for clients and internal departments, relaying data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify risks associated with projects under responsibility and record them in the system; * Document lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using performance indicators; * Ensure timely billing for service projects, per the commercial proposal signed by the client; * Ensure financial profitability of service projects under responsibility; * Ensure accurate time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite – Excel; theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with TOTVS products.
