**POSITION: GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** **Location:** São José dos Pinhais/PR **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:45 PM **Mission** To act as a generalist across Human Resources subsystems, covering Personnel Department routines, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and support for Occupational Safety activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal policies. **Responsibilities** * Execute recruitment and selection processes, employee onboarding and offboarding; * Support the development and implementation of training and development initiatives; * Manage electronic timekeeping, hires, terminations, vacations, benefits, and social charges; * Prepare HR and Personnel Department reports and indicators (turnover, absenteeism, etc.); * Monitor compliance with labor and social security regulations, including e-Social; * Support internal and external audits, keeping records and documents up to date; * Provide support for Occupational Safety activities, such as ASO management, scheduling medical exams, PPE management, and new employee onboarding; * Assist in organizing health and safety campaigns and monitoring mandatory training (NRs); * Promote internal communication and contribute to a positive organizational climate. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Personnel Department; * Knowledge of labor, social security, and occupational safety legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems; * Familiarity with e-Social and ERP systems is desirable. **Desired Profile** * Organized with attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility; * Ethical, discreet, and committed to results. **Benefits** * On-site meal * Food allowance: BRL 350.00 * Fuel allowance: BRL 250.00 * Attendance bonus (up to BRL 100.00) * Birthday bonus * Life insurance * After 3 months: health plan, dental plan, and pharmacy discount program Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: starting at BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Please state your salary expectation * Availability to start Experience: * Human Resources (Required) * Personnel Department (Required) * Recruitment & Selection (Required)
