Active participation in engagement and climate initiatives A metalworking company is seeking an HR Analyst in São José dos Pinhais (Iná). **Responsibilities:** Work as a generalist across all HR subsystems. Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: profile alignment, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding of new employees. Manage personnel administration routines: hiring, terminations, time tracking, leaves of absence, vacations, and coordination with accounting. Administer benefits, including enrollments, removals, vendor communications, and contract monitoring. Support training and development programs, from needs assessment to results evaluation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and programs, as well as labor legislation. Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, resolving requests, providing guidance, and proposing improvements. Actively participate in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of HR projects and initiatives that impact engagement, climate, and organizational performance. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
