**About the Opportunity:**
We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to work in a generalist capacity, with a focus on **Personnel Administration**, ensuring the correct execution of labor routines (hiring, timekeeping, benefits, and terminations), delivering direct support to employees, and guaranteeing legal compliance, service quality, and a positive employee experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage hiring processes, documentary onboarding, and system registration;
* Execute termination routines (calculations, document verification, scheduling, and conducting homologations);
* Strong involvement in homologations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and statutory deadlines;
* Provide employee support during office hours for questions regarding benefits, timekeeping, shuttle services, payroll, and other HR topics;
* Administer benefits (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers/allowances, shuttle services, medical and dental assistance, among others), including enrollments, cancellations, and verifications;
* Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping systems, address inconsistencies, track working hour balances, and support managers;
* Support payroll processing through verifications and information submission;
* Ensure proper organization of labor documents and personnel files;
* Interface with internal departments, managers, and vendors;
* Ensure adherence to internal policies and labor legislation;
* Support process and routine improvements in Personnel Administration.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
* Experience in Personnel Administration/Generalist HR routines;
* Some experience with termination, leave-of-absence, and homologation processes;
* Experience with electronic timekeeping systems and benefits administration.
* Familiarity with timekeeping and payroll systems (Sênior)
* Employee-facing service skills
**Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48 — Monday to Friday**
