




The HR Analyst performs activities related to people management, supporting recruitment, training, personnel administration, and organizational development processes. **Main Activities:** * Conduct end-to-end selection processes (aligning profiles with managers, posting job openings, resume screening, interviews, administering tests, and providing candidate feedback); * Post job openings on digital platforms, social media, and internal channels; Perform the hiring process (requesting documents, system registration, scheduling admission exams); * Conduct new employee onboarding (prepare welcome kits, introduce the company, conduct tours, and align internal processes); * Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping, resolving inconsistencies and justifications with team leaders; * Assist in payroll closing by verifying monthly movements (hiring, vacations, leaves, terminations); * Manage benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, medical/dental plans, adding and removing employees); * Support the organization of internal events and internal marketing initiatives; * Engage employees in internal wellness campaigns, cultural initiatives, and commemorative events; * Support and monitor performance evaluations and climate surveys; * Update organizational charts, internal controls, and TEG indicators; * Ensure maintenance and updating of department files and documents; * Support the development and delivery of internal training programs; * Provide employee support, clarifying labor-related questions and internal procedures; * Monitor expiration dates of probationary contracts and internal transfers; * Support in drafting and revising internal policies, manuals, and announcements; * Assist corporate HR with specific strategic requests. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Previous experience in the role; * Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel) and HR systems; * Strong communication, organization, and proactivity. * Availability for immediate start. **Working Hours:** * *Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 18:00* * *Friday: from 08:00 to 17:00* Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: starting at BRL 3,000.00 per month Experience: * Human Resources/Payroll?
