Job Summary: Supervises and guides general services teams, manages contracts, implements improvements, and prepares managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of continuous improvements Supervise and guide outsourced and in-house teams in areas including reception, asset security, laundry, cleaning, and landscaping. Prepare work schedules, monitor working hours, and ensure adherence to operational routines. Conduct periodic inspections to guarantee service quality and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Manage service provider contracts, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Coordinate the supply and control of uniforms and PPE jointly with the occupational safety department. Implement and monitor action plans for continuous improvement in areas under supervision. Serve as the focal point for infrastructure and general services matters across other company departments.
