Grupo Destro is seeking a **Cost Analyst** to work in the **Logistics** area, performing strategic analyses that directly contribute to operational efficiency and expense reduction. If you possess an analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and enjoy working with data and process improvements, this opportunity is for you! **REQUIREMENTS** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in cost and expense analysis, preferably in logistics and transportation; Advanced knowledge of Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools; Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and strategic vision; Ability to handle large volumes of information. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Analyze logistics and transportation operational costs, identifying optimization opportunities; Monitor departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and flagging variances; Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs); Propose and implement improvements in processes and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Support management in developing financial forecasts and scenario simulations; Collaborate with related departments (Finance, Procurement, Transportation, Operations) to ensure data consistency; Ensure accuracy of financial and operational information within the area. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Work Location: Destro Curitiba \- Tatuquara Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM 100% On-site Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Medical assistance * Food basket * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance * On-site meal
