Collaborative work with production, engineering, and quality **Job Description** Conduct time and motion studies in jeans manufacturing processes to ensure reliable standard times, improved operational balancing, and enhanced productivity while adhering to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform time and methods analyses on sewing, laundry, finishing, and assembly operations Define and update standard times for jeans garments Support balancing of production cells and lines Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to operational methods Monitor implementation of new models, processes, and machinery Support the Production Planning and Control (PCP) department in production planning Prepare technical sheets, productivity and efficiency reports Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality departments **Requirements** Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (Production, Industrial, Engineering, or Fashion) Proven experience in time and methods analysis within the apparel manufacturing sector Knowledge of jeans manufacturing processes (sewing, washing, finishing) Knowledge of line balancing Proficiency in Excel Advantages Experience with synthetic time data Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Experience with production management systems (PCP) **Behavioral Competencies** Analytical mindset Organization and attention to detail Strong communication skills Proactivity Results-oriented with commitment to continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
