Guide the team and optimize processes **Description**: \*\*IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED\*\* The Sewing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all stages of the production process in the sewing department, ensuring quality, productivity, and smooth team operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the sewing team, guiding seamstresses on operating procedures, priorities, and deadlines. Assign daily tasks and targets, ensuring continuous production flow. Monitor garment quality, inspecting seams, finishes, and compliance with established standards. Track production time and identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes.
