**JOB DESCRIPTION** Will be responsible for supporting the Product Engineering and Style team in operational activities related to product development, ensuring organization, accuracy, and agile workflow across stages. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in product inspections by comparing technical specifications with finished products to ensure conformity. * Support data entry into internal systems, spreadsheets, and evaluation reports. * Perform measurements of garments according to defined standards. * Carry out minor sewing repairs when necessary, ensuring quality for process continuity. * Assist in organizing and preparing garments for pilot production. * Maintain an organized workspace and provide general support to the department team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Basic knowledge of sewing. * Knowledge of textile production and product development stages. * Ability to read technical specifications and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and good communication. * Basic Excel knowledge and ease of use with systems. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in fashion development or production environments. * Experience in garment measurement and product inspection. **WORK TYPE** * On-site (business hours).
