




**Activities:** \- Assist with invoice entries, payment receipts, supplier collections, and payment follow-ups; \- Support in the creation and maintenance of reports for departmental indicators; \- Monitor container schedules at the port, track departure deadlines, and compare planned versus actual progress; \- Schedule meetings and reserve rooms; \- Assist in creating presentations using PowerPoint. **Requirements:** \- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; \- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus; \- Experience in payment/financial procedures is a plus.
